Friday Nov 6…..

….which means next Friday is Finished (or not) Friday the 13 😱. 

I have made progress this week despite working with my husband installing flooring in the office-to-guest room project. The backing for the gorgeous Wensleydale quilt Kevin sent me is done. Several of you thought the beer fabric Kevin sent should be used and once I settled down from the excitement of the top, I agreed. I used a cutoff of another quilt backing that was the perfect width so it was easy to sew up them seam.

 

All I have to do is cut a piece of batting from the roll and quilt the one currently on Sophie 🤨

I sewed all the units for the bunny quilt so now I can start sewing them into blocks, well, larger units really.

Between keeping the pieces & units marked and clipping the HST’s into stacks of 10, I ran out of binder clips so I ordered more. Me thinks I’ll need a larger container when the clips in use get freed up 🤓
