On the friendship star (FS) project, I now have 26 dark blocks finished (they won’t all fit on the design wall😏) and I’m linking up with Finished (or not) Friday.
Here’s my sewing machine still life. There’s only four different blocks on the table, 😂. The pile of cutoff triangles, FS’s, Celtic Solstice and…..
Happy Friday! Cherie

Your friendship star blocks look great together. Lovely batiks for the block drive. I plan to make a few this weekend too.
ReplyDeleteYour Friendship Star blocks are pretty with their dark backgrounds! I always enjoy a sewing table photo. I'm planning to make some blocks for MHMH, too - should get some cut out today!
ReplyDeleteYour mini squares in squares are going to be wonderful with those batiks. And variety in the studio is soooo important!
ReplyDeleteYour FS blocks are really coming along! What a coincidence that you're using similar colors to what I'm using for Cynthia's block drive. She'll be able to match them up easily.
ReplyDeleteI love to work projects leader/ender too! I see you are a fellow Bonnie fan: you're working on Celtic Solstice (one I haven't done) and I see your Roll, Roll Cotton Boll corners in the header (I just finished mine two years ago). Have to take a look back and see the details of the FS project, sounds interesting.
ReplyDeletein the last photo you show I have the brownish batik fabric always liked it I might still have a piece in the stash somewhere.
