On the 5th day of December 2025 I finished quilting Roll, Roll Cotton Boll. She’s a big one, coming in at 85” x 100”.
The first thing DH said was it has frogs 🐸 , lol. And it does, frogs and polka dots, oh my!
RRCB is my oldest UFO with the top being pieced at least 14 years ago. This was the 2010 Bonnie Hunter Quiltville mystery quilt. It’s on my fall UFO list so I’m going to do some quilt wrangling to get it trimmed and the binding sewn on.
Linking up to Alycia’s with Finished (or not) Friday.
Cheers, Cherie

Looks amazing - what an accomplishment!

ReplyDeleteEven if it is your oldest UFO, it is absolutely wonderful! A quilt that includes frogs and polka dots is perfect in my opinion (lol).

ReplyDeleteIt's. beautiful! Great job.
ReplyDeleteRoll, Roll turned out great! Congratulations on getting it quilted! I had a top that I pieced in the late 70's that I finally finished just a few years ago. It does feel good to get those older projects done! Good job!
