It is a cold, rainy, dark day…..so a PJ’s day for me! Nothing to do but sew and rearrange/declutter the sewing room. I finished the golf club covers…..and I’m never making golf club covers ever again!
The pink sleeper was made from thicker fabric so it turned okay. The blue sleeper was much thinner and has a zipper. I’m really not happy with it but I did the best I could….
I really don’t know the purpose of golf club covers but hopefully mom & dad will be happy to use their favorite sleepers from the baby years.
I have three corners finished on RRCB so I will be able to have it finished before year end, yay!!
I used my Studio cutter and whipped out 164 (I think 🤔 ) triangle pairs needed for the Cheddar & Dill borders. I even sewed a bunch of them while zooming with former colleagues.
Now to get them trimmed.
Linking up with Alycia’s Finished (or not) Friday post.
Cheers, Cherie

Golf club covers are used on the woods to keep them from getting dinged up by the irons in the golf bag.
ReplyDeleteI think the covers turned out great. You have made great progress on all your inprogess projects!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on finishing the golf club covers and hooray for the progress on RRCB (it promises to be stunning). Can't wait to see C&D with its border.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't know what golf cover were LOL - never been into it
ReplyDeleteGolf covers are a necessity, if you golf...which I don't. LOL. They look challenging to make. I was confident you were going to finish RRCB. Well done on all your progress.
