I couldn’t seem to settle yesterday as I kept looking out the windows, checking on the snow. We ended up with 13 inches of snow when it stopped last night.
It was beautiful by the light of my cute tree. The first picture is when I woke up and the second when I went to bed on Sunday. In the background you can see our birdbath with a warmer. It managed to keep a small circle melted and was busy with birds visiting all day.
I sewed a little, pinned scraps during the playoff games and continued to straighten/cull the fabric shelves but nothing picture worthy.

ReplyDelete13 inches wow! everyone has so much - I walked up to the road from the house to see how the road was after I star the plow go past 2 times - it is still a sheet of ice and the drive way has a hard crust of snow that I walked on that didn't break through. I got the car cleaned off and fed the birds.
ReplyDeleteLOVE that little outdoor tree. We have ice coated drifts on all sides of the house - DH has managed to dig out the two back doors and one front door plus half of the garage door (cannot go down the driveway as it is a hill and there's an icy snowdrift half way down the too-slick-to-walk-on surface).
