We shop hopped to four quilt shops along the way and I picked up a few things.
Had to snag that 6 yd piece as it was only $1.00/yd. I’d not seen the Kona Natural Crush fabric before but a new store, The Guilded Bobbin, had some so I got 1/2 yd cuts of three of the colors.
Sew…..no finishes unless you count finished blocks or rows π.
I’m linking up to Alycia’s Finished (or not) Friday and speaking of Alycia, Cheddar & Dill arrived safely at her lovely ranch home on Monday π . I stuck a few extras in the box ππ¬ππ¬. We’ll see if that was a good or bad thing, lolololol!
Hoping everyone in the winter storm path stays safe and warm. We are lucky our retreat trip has fallen right between two storms and we’ll be home before any snow flies.

Hooray that C&D made it to Alycia safely. I have two boxes to send out but they must wait until weather conditions improve. They're safer here than stuck in a freezing truck somewhere. Glad you were able to have your retreat between storms!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a fun retreat and shop hop! Glad C&D made it to Alycia before the storm messed up shipping. And that your retreat missed the big storm. Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you are ready to sew all day. To have four shops close enough to drive to in one day is amazing. I would be in the car or sleeping overnight somewhere to get in that many
ReplyDeleteFinishing blocks is still a finish. Sounds like a great trip and retreat. Hope you didn't have any travel issues.
ReplyDeletehaha !! it was a good thing!! Love all your blocks, and the shop hop sounds so fun!
