I mentioned I stopped at the Goodwill Bins Outlet last week which is always experience. People hang out there waiting for new bins to be brought to the floor and then it’s a mad scramble to search for treasures. Since I’m not shopping for what other folks are, I stay out of the fray and peruse the clothing bins until I spot a cool looking woven shirt. I can almost tell by looking if it will be cotton or not. In about 15 minutes I snagged 11 shirts @ $1.79/pound so ~$10.00.

Our Goodwill has a Bargain Barn annex with bins like you described … I have never gotten lucky but you clearly did!

ReplyDeleteNice finds, Cherie. The Goodwill stores around me aren't that great. I have had better luck at some of the thrift stores sponsored by churches and animal rescues.
